2021 South Bend East Side 10U World Series Team
Congratulations to the 2021 South Bend East Side 10U All Stars.
On August 5th, the East Side 10U All Star Team will travel to Palm Beach Gardens, FL to proudly represent the City of South Bend and the entire State of Indiana at the 2021 Cal Ripken 10U World Series. With a playoff record of 13-1, these players competed in tournaments with over 50 teams and emerged as District and State Champions to earn their World Series berth.
The Cal Ripken 10U World Series will gather the best 10U baseball teams in the United States to compete August 6th – 13th for the title of World Series Champion.
While this 10-day trip to the World Series is an experience of a lifetime for these young men, it comes with significant expenses. The South Bend East Side 10U team is seeking donations to help offset travel costs for the players, coaches, and parents. Estimated travel costs are $3,350 per family (Airfare for family of 4 = $1,500; Hotel room for 9 nights plus tax = $1,350; and Ground Transportation = $500). With 11 players on the team, the total team cost is estimated to be $36,850.
Thank you in advance for your support of the players and coaches. We appreciate your partnership in providing the opportunity for East Side to represent South Bend and Indiana in this national event.
