Sour Not Sorry Brewery, founded by cancer survivor Colin Crociati, is about to open an exciting new “speakeasy” like location in Plymouth Center, Plymouth, Mass. SNS is the first all-sour brewery in Massachusetts. As part of the extensive process that is opening a brewery, we have encountered some unexpected start up costs which could possibly delay the timing of our opening. We are looking for help in making it to the finish line with whatever amount you can help with. This new location will be our first tap room and a place where all can hang out, relax and have a great time. The taproom is located in a rock laden basement of an early 20th Century building. The atmosphere is rustic, edgy and fun. We’ll have indoor corn hole, darts, couches, table games and more. Your generosity is so appreciated. As always: thanks, sour beer fans!
