Hallo, ich bin Monika Ananda Wiese.

Ich sammle Spenden für mein Abschlusstraining als Lehrerin für Soul Motion.

Soul Motion ist eine bewusste Tanz- und Bewegungspraxis, die mit und ohne Musik, auf dem Tanzboden, in der Natur und im Alltag stattfindet.

In Soul Motion verfolgen wir kein spezifisches Ziel. Was wir haben, ist ein Forschungsraum, um dem, was um und in uns passiert - und den Körperimpulsen dazu zu lauschen. Dies gilt für Manager, Handwerker und alleinerziehende Mütter, ebenso wie Studierende und leidenschaftliche Tänzer - jeden Alters, jeder Kultur.

Was uns vereint, ist das Atmen, Lauschen, Ausprobieren, Form geben.

In diesem urteilsfreien Bewegungsraum kann sich das Nervensystem entspannen.

Paradoxerweise kommt dadurch sehr viel in Bewegung, ohne dass wir ein konkretes Ziel anvisieren. So entstehen natürliche Ent-Wicklungsprozesse von innen als Blaupause für die Umsetzung im Alltag. Praktisch und hautnah.

Weil ich dafür brenne und sehe, wie Menschen über diese Praxis

beginne ich im September 2023 den letzten Teil meines Soul Motion Teacher Trainings. Ich stärke dort meine tools, um in Menschen Erfahrungen von (Körper-) Wahrnehmung, Kreativität, Gemeinschaft und Naturverbundenheit wach zu küssen.

Wofür ist das Geld?

Das Training besteht aus 3 Modulen in Präsenz á 6- 10 Tage in Italien und 14-tägige bis wöchentliche online Termine. Die Kosten des Jahrestrainings (ohne Anfahrt und Übernachtung) sind 8200€, Eure Spenden sind also in etwa die Hälfte der Kosten, die zu tragen sind.

Ich möchte den Schatz von Soul Motion in größerem Kontext bekannter machen

Mein Bildungsbeitrag, um die natürliche menschliche Fähigkeit der Wahrnehmung auf allen Ebenen zu kultivieren. Meine Zielgruppe sind Entscheidungsträger und Pioniere für neue Wege, der Tanz wird im Allgäu, in Europa und online als Podcast in die Welt tanzen.

Die Ausbilder

Das Ausbildungsteam besteht aus vier hochkarätigen Lehrern, die ich alle sehr verehre, und die lauter Expertisen aus Embodiment, Vagustherapie und Körpertherapie sowie Kunst und Gemeinschaftsbildung mitbringen.

Alleine kann ich dieses Training nicht finanzieren - und weil es für die Gemeinschaft ist, danke ich schon jetzt für die Unterstützung aus der Gemeinschaft in meinem Leben - DANKE!

Hello, I'm Monika Ananda Wiese.

I am fundraising for my final training as a Soul Motion teacher.

Soul Motion is a conscious dance and movement practice that takes place with and without music, on the dance floor, in nature and in everyday life.

In Soul Motion we do not have a specific goal. What we do have is an explorational space to listen to what is happening around and within us - and to the body echoes to it. This is true for managers, craftspeople and single mothers, as well as students and passionate dancers - of all ages, of all cultures.

What unites us is breathing, listening, exploring, shaping.

In this non-judgmental space of movement, the nervous system can relax.

Paradoxically, this sets a great deal in motion without us having a specific goal in mind. In this way, natural development processes emerge from within as a blueprint for implementation in everyday life. Practical and up close.

Because I burn for it and see how people become more self-confident through this practice.

I will start the last part of my Soul Motion Teacher Training in September 2023. There I strengthen my tools to kiss awake in people experiences of (body) awareness, creativity, community and connection to nature.

What is the money for?

The training consists of 3 modules in presence á 6- 10 days in Italy and 14-day to weekly online appointments. The cost of the annual training (without travel and accommodation) is 8200€, so your donations are about half of the costs to be paid.

I want to spread the gold nuggets and unknown treasures of Soul Motion for a larger Community

My educational contribution to cultivate the natural human ability of perception on all levels. My target group are decision makers and pioneers for new ways, the dance will dance in the Allgäu, in Europe and online as a podcast into the world.

Teacher Team

The training team consists of four top-class teachers, all of whom I greatly admire, and who bring with them expertise in embodiment, vagus therapy and body therapy, as well as art and community building.
