Tra le macerie di Gaza, la storia di Farah Sabra brilla come un messaggio di speranza e determinazione.

Farah, studentessa palestinese brillante, è stata ufficialmente ammessa al corso di Business Management presso l’Università La Sapienza di Roma, una delle più prestigiose d’Italia.

Lo scorso anno accademico aveva fatto domanda per la borsa di studio IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students), ma la sua candidatura è stata respinta per la mancanza di un documento.

Nonostante ciò, non si è mai arresa. Oggi ha finalmente la possibilità di iniziare il suo percorso universitario in Italia, ma le difficoltà economiche restano l’unico ostacolo.

La famiglia di Farah è sfollata e dispersa in diversi paesi dopo aver perso la casa durante l’ultima guerra a Gaza.

Nonostante tutto, Farah continua a credere che l’istruzione sia la via per costruire un futuro migliore.

Per garantire trasparenza e coordinamento, il Comitato gestirà direttamente i fondi, attraverso uno dei suoi membri, Arturo Monaco, e farà in modo che ogni euro contribuisca all'istruzione di Farah e al suo viaggio sicuro verso Roma.

Ogni donazione – grande o piccola – avvicina Farah al suo banco all’università e le offre la possibilità di un futuro più luminoso.

Hope from Gaza: Help Farah Reach Her Dream

Amid the devastation in Gaza, Farah Sabra’s story shines as a message of hope and determination.

Farah, a talented Palestinian student, has been officially admitted to the Business Management program at Sapienza University of Rome, one of Italy’s most prestigious universities.

Last academic year, she applied for the IUPALS scholarship (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students), but her application was rejected due to a missing document.

Yet she never gave up. Today, she has a real chance to begin her studies in Italy — but financial barriers stand in the way.

Farah’s family has been displaced and scattered across different countries after losing their home in the latest war on Gaza. Despite everything, Farah continues to believe that education is the only path to rebuild her life and to serve her community.

This initiative is promoted by the Sapienza Committee for Palestine, a group of professors, researchers, and students at Sapienza University who met her father, Professor Mahmoud Sabra, during an academic conference in May 2025.

For transparency and coordination, the Committee will manage funds directly through one of its members, Arturo Monaco, and ensure that every euro supports Farah’s education and safe journey to Rome.

Espoir de Gaza : Aidez Farah à Réaliser Son Rêve

Au milieu des ruines de Gaza, l’histoire de Farah Sabra brille comme un message d’espoir et de persévérance.

Farah, une étudiante palestinienne talentueuse, a été officiellement admise au programme de Business Management à l’Université La Sapienza de Rome, l’une des plus prestigieuses d’Italie.

L’année académique dernière, elle avait postulé pour la bourse IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students), mais sa candidature a été refusée à cause d’un document manquant.

Pourtant, elle n’a jamais abandonné. Aujourd’hui, elle a enfin la possibilité de commencer ses études en Italie — mais les obstacles financiers l’en empêchent encore.

La famille de Farah a été déplacée et dispersée dans plusieurs pays après avoir perdu sa maison lors de la dernière guerre à Gaza.

Malgré les épreuves, Farah continue de croire que l’éducation est le seul chemin vers un avenir digne et en paix.
