Our dear friend Mito Costello is in the fight of his life.

After being diagnosed with throat cancer, Mito has endured surgery, complications, and ongoing treatment that has taken a huge physical and emotional toll. Since his throat surgery in August, he has lost his voice and now lives with a permanent opening in his throat that requires constant care and carries a real risk of infection. Despite everything, he continues to push forward with strength and hope.

While some treatments have been covered, many critical expenses—including chemotherapy, surgeries, and extended hospital stays—have been paid out of pocket. The costs have already reached hundreds of thousands of pesos, placing an enormous burden on Mito and his family.

Mito’s greatest hope is to continue treatment, shrink the tumors, and eventually undergo surgery that could help restore his voice and improve his quality of life. But he can’t do this alone.
