Medical fund for Sori/Genny/Nicole

Donation protected
EFL fund is down to zero and getting more bills from the vet for several of recent rescues and heartworm treatment.
However, we could not say NO to these following dogs. because we just CANNOT!

1. Sori (1-2yrs/ Male/ocular proptosis, Heartworm positive, blood in lung, bruises all over the body including genital area)
Sori came to the pound with left eye came out of the socket. It looked like he lived like this for a while.

He was in a lot of pain.

Our volunteer rushed him to the vet where we found that his lungs were filled with blood, and there were bruises in his little body including genital area.

Vet thinks that eye injury is from sudden huge pressure to the back of hid head.
Unfortunately, vet cannot save his eye....
He will lose eye, but we hope he can get better life instead.....

This poor boy... needed help...
How can we say NO to him??

He will have surgery soon as soon as lung condition improves. After eye surgery, he has to go through heartworm treatment.

Please pray for Sori to stay strong.

We really hope he can find good home when he recovered from all these......

2. Jenny (3kg, Maltese, severe matted, malnutritious, stage IV patellar luxation, mammary gland tumor, removed vocal cord)

Jenny is an adorable Maltese and weighs approximately 3kg. She was fluffy but tiny. One day, volunteers went to see her, she had delivered three dead puppies and there were two barely breathing puppies remaining.

The pound staff shaved Jenny's matted hair so that the surviving puppies could suckle milk then they brought them to the vet. Unfortunately, the two puppies did not make it through the night. In her temporary foster home, she continued to suffer from her swollen breasts and from the traumatic experience of her loss and her health condition got worse in spite of the foster home’s care. The vet diagnosed her with a breast tumor and 4th stage patellar luxation. She must have been in pain, but could not even express it because her vocal cord had been removed. Yes, she obviously had an owner who paid for the vocal cord removal surgery, but did not want to pay for her to get spayed!!!!

How can we say NO to her?

No... we CANNOT.

3. Nicole (young flat coated retriever, broken front leg and abandoned on the street)

These gorgeous boy was found laying on the street with a broken leg.  He was in much pain, but still happy to see human.

Can we say NO to him??
Again, we CANNOT...

He was brought to the vet where he received temporary splint.
EFL brought him to Seoul where he can get the best orthopedic surgery.

His surgery was successful.....now it is humane being to worry about paying out his surgery. :(

Please help EFL to help more dogs....
