Dear Community!

Knowing Sorab as a dedicated friend, loyal family member, compassionate lover and inspiring community organiser, we also know that Sorab is not someone who easily asks for help when he needs it. So that's why we, as his dearest ones--friends, family, and lovers--are coming together to raise funds for Sorab's top surgery this December.

After 3.5 years on the Netherlands’ infamous waiting list to receive gender-reaffirming care, Sorab decided to take care into his own hands and plans to travel to Turkey to get his top surgery. On the 27 December, he will get his surgery and spend a week in Istanbul healing and recovering with the help of his mother and partner. The costs of surgery, transportation, medication, and lodging totals about 5.000€. To help our friend, we are trying to at least reach 3.000€ to cover the costs of the surgery itself.
