Thank you for the many emails and comments you have sent checking in our staff. It is heartwarming to know that seeing and interacting with our very special family of staff on a daily basis has touched so many of you.
Since we opened the first Sopraffina in 1993, the basic foundation of our business has always been our family of staff. Without them, we would have never succeeded in building the brand of 5 restaurants that we have today. Monday - Friday, for 27 years, our staff has been showing up for us, and for you.
The hardest thing we have ever had to do was lay off our entire team of over 100 hardworking and loyal individuals during this crisis. Now, comes the second hardest thing....sending out a Support Our Staff (S.O.S.) to you to ask for your help.
We have set up the Sopraffina S.O.S. Employee Relief Fund to help financially support our family of employees during this national health emergency.
If you can, please consider making a donation to contribute. Any amount will make a difference. Every dollar counts and 100% of the funds collected here will be distributed to those who need it most.
