Sophie's Sad Ankle Needs Help Healing

Hi, my name is Minna and I'm helping to raise funds for my friend Sophie. We met in Thai massage school in 2015. She's been providing massage services for over 10 years in Richmond, Virginia and 2 years in Portland, Oregon. She is an incredibly loving and caring soul whose work helps clients and friends feel better.

She was recently moving an air conditioner from her apartment and missed the last step, falling and causing a fracture in her left foot. Because massage requires her to walk and have a full range of mobility and motion with clients, she is unable to work with an injury like this. It's a broken bone that needs time to heal.

Because she lives in Portland, Oregon, her costs of living are quite high. She projects at least $6-$10k in support for her high insurance deductible ($8k - only $1.3k paid so far) and basic living expenses of shelter and food.
