Sophie was unfortunately involved in an accident where she was knocked off her bike by a vehicle whilst on her way to football training. She was hospitalised with some horrible injuries. Her helmet saved her life!

Sophie plays for an under 10s girls football team for Priory Parkside. She is a solid goal keeper and defender and helps the team keep a clean sheet week in, week out! With the injuries she has sustained, she will be out of football for a while.

We would like to raise money to be able to buy her a new bike for when she’s back on her feet fit and well! This is her means of travel back and forth from training and some football games so we would like to get her a new one to be able to continue this when she’s recovered.

We would also like to help the family financially, with the cost of living, commuting and allowing to be with Sophie in hospital at this difficult time.

Her team mates are going to hold a fun football fundraising event to try and achieve the money for this (all dates and location TBC) but in the meantime any donations or people that can’t make the day that would like to contribute then you can here.
