Sophie's Gender Reassignment Surgery

Hi, my name is Sophia, and I recently had my initial consultation for gender reassignment surgery. Unfortunately, my insurance is not in-network with the clinic I am going to, and this is one of the best doctors in the field. Since this surgery is so important to me, I want to go somewhere that will give me the results I need. Since my insurance is out-of-network, I need to have the total cost of the operation paid upfront. Additionally, I am trying to have this surgery done by the end of the year to start nursing school next spring. Nursing school will not give me time off to recover from elective surgery, so if I don't have this done before I start, I will have to wait several years until I can have this surgery, and I do not want to wait.
