If you are a Facebook friend of mine, you are aware of our our granddaughter Sophie Blanton, who is going through a bone marrow transplant. Sophie’s transplant is an effort to give her a chance at a healthy life. Sophie has been fighting a life long immune deficiency for years and it has taken it’s toll on her. Sophie just graduated from high school in the 2020 graduation class. The transplant will hopefully turn her immune system around. Sophie has been hospitalized since July 6, 2020 for this process and there is more to come. Sophisticated ie has had to have and will continue to need her mother, Amanda with her through this entire process. As a result her mother has been unable to work little if any at all. Amanda and Sophie’s father, David are both self employed in real estate. If they don’t work, there is no pay/income. Besides the lack of income with this process there are many expenses that are mounting. So many have been so supportive through prayers and gifts already and we are forever in debt for that support. It is with a humble heart that I reach out today to anyone who might be able to help support the Blanton family further monetarily. I want to thank anyone who is able during these hard times to share.
