Today finds me really concerned and a little bit hopeful too. My dog, Sophie, has a large cancerous tumor on her thyroid. She will go into surgery on Friday and the overall prognosis is fairly good.
Sophie is my best friend and the best example of unconditional love that I have ever known. To me Sophie is more than a dog, she is my life.
Some of you know me from a time long ago when I had a lot of money and owned a lot of real estate, but I lost all of that. I now have a small landscape business and employ 2 people which is a challenge sometimes, but I am happy that I can employ people who need the work and I need the help.
It is a bit hard for me to ask people to help me fund my dog’s surgery, however Sophie's surgery and appointments are estimated to cost $7,000, which is a huge challenge for me now. So, anything that you could do to help me out would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if you are one who prays, please pray for Sophie and I.
