Sophie walters celebration of life

Hi, my name is Michael and I am sophies Dad. I am fundraising for my daughter Sophie who passed away suddenly on November 10th. Sophie was 19 years old when she passed away. She had autism and juvenile arthritis. Sophie was a very nice person and she was always there when people needed help. We miss her very much and so do all the people she knew. She knew so many people who cared about her. Along with her nephew and her older brother. We are lost without her and now our hearts are broken.
