Sophie Grace's Medical Equipment

Sophie has been a miracle from the very beginning.  Sophie has a rare disease called Arthrogryposis. It affects all her bones, muscles, nerves and joints. She is a fighter and does not let anything stop her.  I am asking for help with medical equipment that she needs.  Sophie recently received a new wheel chair. She loves to ride in it all over the place.  I would love for her to be able to ride it in public places. She has always wanted to go to the mall, church and grocery shopping in her chair and be like everyone else. I am asking for a wheel chair ramp for the back of the van to make her dreams come true. She needs a slide board since she is getting heavier. This board would allow her to slide from her wheel chair to the couch, bed, chair without someone picking her up. Just another way for her to be independent. I am also asking for a lift device to be able to move her from room to room safely in the house.  All of these devices would allow her to be independent at home, school or at public places.  Please consider donating for Sophie!
