Hello, my name is Sophie and 30 years ago I was born in Auckland, and I moved to the UK when I was very young but I've wanted to go visit basically ever since. Unfortunately flying half way around the entire world is quite expensive! I feel like this trip would be very meaningful to me as I enter a new decade and I can't afford to do it from what I earn myself.

So in lieu of gifts for my 30th birthday I am asking everyone who would be interested in giving me something to donate towards this holiday. In order to cover travel, accommodation and some fun holiday activities for me and my partner Abi I'm asking for £4,000 and anything past that will just be a general birthday fund!
