For anyone that doesn't already know Sophia, Sophia was born at 24 weeks gestation. We did a journey on Facebook called 'Sophia-Rose's Journey' when she was first born. She is thriving and doing a lot of stuff the doctors never thought she would do!
Sophia cannot fully walk by herself, New years eve 2022 she took aprox 10 steps for the first time on herself, she is slowly getting stronger but can still be unstable on her legs. She is diagnosed with cerbal palsy which mostly effects her left side. Sophia is visually impaired and can see roughly between 15-20cm. Sophia is non-verbal, but the people that love her most can understand her needs and wants. She also has hearing impairment.
Sophia is a typical 7 year old girl at heart, she is so bubbly and always happy. She absolutely loves having her own bedroom space with her big space 'safe bed' which is easy accessible for her to get in and out of on her own. Everything in Sophia's room she can easily access on her own - it has took a very long time to get this point. She's a typical girl that loves looking at herself in the mirror and she is fascinated by bright lights and colours.
We are more than likely not going to be able to raise all the funds but anything that could possibly be put towards Sophia having her own safe corner would be greatly appreciated. You can buy everything individually but costs almost double the price brought separately.
