Remembering baby Abbie & Sophia's journey home ✨️

.After four tough months in hospital they got to bring Sophia home for the first time on 20th April to meet all her siblings. ***

Sarahjane and Peter welcomed two beautiful baby girls, Abbie and Sophia, in early December 2022.They arrived 12 weeks early.Tragically after a tough fight Abbie gained her angel wings and passed away on the 6th of January 2023.

Friends of Sarahjane and Peter have expressed a desire to help them in some way at this unimaginably difficult time.

This fundraiser is to help the family with all costs associated with losing beautiful baby Abbie as well as the expenses that go hand in hand with having baby Sophia in NICU/hospital over the coming months, until she is ready to come home to her 6 siblings.
