Sophia’s Heart ❤️

Hi my name is Zahra Bundrage and I am Sophias mama. Sophia has had three surgeries to her heart because she has Tetrology of Fallot. With out of pocket expenses costing 1000s and the overall cost of surgeries in 2013 was 2.5 million dollars (a lot of which was covered by Blue Cross and supplemental insurance through Medicaid) Most of those costs were unexpected since we only anticipated one surgery when she was born but ended up having two more after she contracted MRSA because the medical team had left a sponge inside her. At the time we were covered with Blue Cross and Blue Shield through Sophia’s dad’s work which we no longer have. We don’t anticipate similar costs this time around and are hoping for the best but we don’t have the best insurance coverage and know that things can happen but put all our trust and faith in Allah. Please help with whatever you can for our little girl. Thank you.
