Hi All,
For those who know Sophia you will know she is a beautiful character with a crazy personality.
Since birth she has been in and out of hospital, she's had numerous operations and was born with only one kidney.
2 days ago she got poorly again and Hayley took her into Alder Hey, they have told Hayley and Carl today that Sophia's Kidney is not functioning properly and she will need to start Dialysis straight away and be put on the Transplant list.
Hayley, Carl and all the family are absolutely devastated.
The poor girl has been through so much.
I am raising money to help Hayley and Carl as they now face loss of wages and a load of expenses and with Christmas round the corner the last thing they need to worry about is money at this sad time. Hopefully we hit our target and we can get Sophia something amazing when she is all recovered and back to her cheeky self.
