Sophia Robles was admitted into Banner Casa Grande Medical Center on December 30th and moved into the ICU due to major complications from COVID.
Sophia, while in the ICU, could not breathe on her own and for the past two weeks relied on a ventilator to allow her body to heal from the devastation COVID did to her lungs.
Sophia is recovering from COVID, but after two weeks her body now is trying to heal. They are planning on doing a tracheotomy, inserting a feeding tube and moving her to Phoenix to start the healing process. At this time she is still in and out of consciousness as she fights to wake up from the induced coma.
Sophia is a strong, hard working self-employed, loving mother and wife who is the back bone of her family. The family has pulled together and have been trying to keep everything a float while their mom heals; however, funds are starting to run low and they are asking for help.

Mientras estando en el ICU ya no podia respirar por si misma y por las ultimas semanas ha estado conectada a un ventilador para que le ayude a sus pulmones de el dano que sufrieron. Sophia esta recuperandose de COVID, pero despues de dos semanas su cuerpo intentara a empezar a sanarse. Estan planeando hacer una traqueotomia y ponerle un tubo de alimentacion para moverla para Phoenix para comenzar su rehabilitacion. En este momento todavia esta inconciente mientras esta en una coma inducida. Sophia es una fuerte trabajadora, madre, esposa y abuela. Su familia se ha unido para intentar mantener todo junto mientras su madre se recupera. Sin embargo los fondos estan corriendo bajo y estan pidiendo ayuda.
