In Memory of Sophia, an Amazing Heart from the #GreatestGeneration.  A Mom who should be Extremely Proud of herself. Sophia's 20 year battle with COPD was precluded by 30 years of second-hand Smoke.

Sophia's support of Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, America's Disabled Veterans, and National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund were her Life's Values of others before herself.

Please help her family by donating for medical bills, extended hospital, funeral / memorial service, and Housing costs. 

Sophia's most recent years were cluttered with Hospitals, Ltac facilities, Home health, and Nursing homes. 

Sophia's son (Jimmy), was her sole #CareGiver.
