Sonyah Miro is a 29 year old, compassionate, free-spirited young woman. She is loved by just about everyone she meets. Her smile is courageous, and her laugh is infectious.
On September 18th, 2013 Sonyah was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Immediately she started undergoing chemotherapy. Sonyah is a fighter! She continues to bravely face each day with a smile! She looks for the best in every person and situation! As Sonyah goes through her long path to recovery it is our goal to make sure she is taken care of.
After 8 months in remission, she recently ended up back in the hospital and faced yet another round of chemo. She is now at City of Hope Los Angeles. This page is designed to help raise money to help with her medical needs along the way. Even a small amount helps. All prayers, love and support are greatly appreciated. Sonyah is ready to beat cancer like she has done once before!
