Sons pride and joy stolen

Hello my name is Claire, today my son went to meet a friend at newton Abbott, upon coming home the train stopped at totnes and my son had the biggest nightmare ever! Someone got on the train at totnes and stole my sons pride and joy!! He’s absolutely devastated he has mental health problems so barely goes out to socialise. Today he thought he would go meet a friend and this has happened. I just want to get him another bike so he can live like he loved this one. Any help would be appreciated to make my son happy again . The bike was a collective c100 pro I know he would be so happy if he can get another the same I also know this may not be successful.
