My stepson was assaulted and was rushed into emergency surgery. He has a fractured hand and a fractured neck. They also had to remove the left side of his skull because the swelling was so bad and he also had a brain bleed. He knows who his family is but has much trouble with the day-to-day. He requires 24-hour supervision due to having only half his skull and a high falling risk. He is on a feeding tube because the right side of his throat is paralyzed.

We are looking to raise money to help with recovery. We have to go back and forth to Winston Salem Baptist for his rehabilitation and multiple scans and tests that still need to be done. We also need to purchase some medical supplies that’ll help him with his daily activities.
