Hi my name Julie, my son Jaxon is medically fragile and had a planned spine infusion at The Paley Spine institute in West Palm Beach Florida. He was released to go home after 5 weeks in Florida. We went back home and he had an issue with a hip screw coming out of the fused spine. We got him back to Florida to his Surgeon in 24 hours so he would not be paralyzed. He had emergency to fix the broken area. Now we are up against insurance to get him home. They are refusing nursing care and a med flight to get him back home. He can not be transported in a car. He can not fly commercially. Due to having to lay flat and we are dealing with his spine. We are desperately trying to get him home and have run out of options. A med flight is our only option.
