We are here openly in high hopes to reduce and eliminate the stress of financial burden for Sonnelays hospice care and future planning needs as she departs….I’m currently caregiving for my mother 24/7. Both mom & I cannot work due to her battle, so it's been very stressful to plan her future funeral services.

A brief history of Sonnelay's Cancer fight started with a lympectomy in her left breast in 1998. A year later she found out she had Uterine cancer and had a hysterectomy in 1999. Thinking that cancer can no longer touch her she had the biggest obstacle again of having Breast cancer in 2015 which she decided to do chemotherapy and ended up having a total mastectomy in 2016. This took a toll on her.....finally in remission the recovery with a cleaner diet, spiritual awakening, healing of the body and soul...she felt she reclaimed her LIFE...up until this year of April 2023...she felt her abdomen was pretuding too much and made an appointment to see her Dr. The devastation of bad news came through and she was told that she has Stage 4 Cervical Cancer which is also in the left Ovary , abdominal lining and Liver. The doctor told her she has only 4-6 months to live. My Mother is a fighter and doesn't believe this is how her story ends. My mom has such a nurturing heart and loves to feed everyone including the homeless.  She is a firm believer of MIRACLES, MEDITATION AND PRAYERS.
