So-nia's School fund

My daughter So-nia received a 95% scholarship from Barry University as an incoming freshman for fall 2020.
The college then revoked a portion of the scholarship, indicating they gave So-nia the wrong scholarship.
The school doesn't have additional funds to offer additional money to So-nia.
So-nia turned down 5 other schools to receive the scholarship.

A little about So-nia. 
So-nia has a condition called hydrocephalus. She was diagnosed at two weeks old. She has a VP shunt that drains fluid from her brain.
We were told that So-nia would not walk, talk and be severely developmentally delayed. So-nia has beat all the odds. She jus graduated high school with a 3.5 GPA.
She is a certified CNA working at a local care facility.
She will be attending a pre-med program at Barry University.

So-nia also has alopecia. Alopecia is hair loss. It is hereditary. She has over 50% hair loss at age 17.

I want So-nia to have something to look forward to.
Taking away the financial burden would definitely help.
