In loving memory of Sonia Marcolin Bird

Sonia will forever be a much loved and cherished mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunty, friend and colleague, her passing on the 14th December 2021 has left a void that can never be filled.

Her love and light impacted so many people and made our lives so much brighter.

Sonia was a devoted and loving wife to husband Ben and the proudest Mum of their beautiful children Madeline and Vincent who she adored and loved with all her heart.

The heartbreak, grief and shock of her loss is indescribable.

This GoFundMe has been set up in memory of Sonia so we can show our love and provide financial support for Ben, Madeline and Vincent who are now navigating the world without their precious Mum and soul mate by their sides.

All funds raised will go directly to Ben to assist with the costs of ongoing psychological support for Madeline and Vincent as well as dance tuition and sporting activities to support their passions, wellbeing and social connection.

Funds will also go towards organising a commemorative event for Sonia in 1 year that will bring together Sonia’s family, friends, colleagues and Madeline and Vincent’s support groups to honour and celebrate their Mum’s life.
