I’m a performer, facilitator, and singer/songwriter who writes songs to process pain and spark change. With a background in musical theatre and counseling psychology, I create searing, honest songs that speak to what many of us carry but don’t always have words for.

This is my first album focused on the political climate—a project born from grief, rage, and a musical rallying cry for change.

These songs are deeply personal, but they’re not just about me. They’re for anyone who’s felt silenced, dismissed, or overwhelmed by the times we’re living in. My hope is that these songs will help others feel more fully, move through what hurts, and reconnect with the courage to speak up and take action.

Why I’m Making This Album

I’m creating an album of anthems for the times we’re living through—songs that came from personal grief, outrage, and a desire to stay awake and engaged instead of shutting down.

These are songs for revolution.

For healing.

For processing pain and turning it into energy for change.

They helped me move through the heartache of this past year; through injustice, disillusionment, and land on the realization that change must come. And now, I want to share that music with you!

What You’re Supporting

Why These Songs Matter

It began the summer before the election. I was visiting family in California, feeling the ache of being a woman in a world where truth so often seems not to matter. Rage and helplessness filled me as I remembered all the ways I have been taught how to be silent and to be less than I am.

I started writing Bold & Brazen, a song about how we teach women and girls to be silent. When we witness how women who speak up in the pubic eye are treated, we learn what is acceptable and what is dangerous.

This song opened the door to others. I wrote through the tears, and pain and I sang these songs into being as I alchemized the flood of emotions into art for change.
