Soñando America Thesis film

Hi! My name is Judit Angel, I am a rising senior preparing for my thesis film. I am a first-generation immigrant's daughter, the first of a large family to attend college. This documentary that I am directing, producing and editing, has a special place in my heart and will take a personal look into the differences between my two cultures from two countries, Mexico and the United States. I will be flying to Degollado, Mexico with my crew, diving into my family's story, why they left, why they came and how it affected my life. This story is about my identity and sharing a conversation about the experience of Mexican immigrants and their children.
