Yet another suspension from the Tiers at the North Infirmary Command.
This time the blame game is in full effect.
Officer Bilar is respected throughout the North Infirmary Command as a role model for every Officer who works the Tiers.
He is firm and consistent. He is not afraid to say the word NO.
On November 1st, Officer Bilar was working the 2A tier alone yet the Security Memos and Memos from the Chiefs Office mandate two Officers. He was violently assaulted by an inmate who had a cuff key on him and uncuffed himself. During this vicious assault Officer Bilar’s keys hit the ground and cells were opened that resulted in a slashing.
In no uncertain terms this suspension is solely the Department passing the buck.
Officer Bilar works the unworkable every day and finds a way to make it work.
