Hi my name is Nova Lilly I have had tough a tough time in my little life due to a stroke I had at birth plus meningitis and sepsis I am a miracle! I am in hospital again and have been for 3 weeks now waiting to have another operation and my mummy wants to do something special for me when I’m better I know I have lots of people who love me in the Cummunity were I live so any little help will go to my mummy taking me to Disney land when I’m better thank you love you all
