Something In Sam's Head That Shouldn't Be

My name is Samantha Scanlon. Recently I had a silly accident. But I'm glad I did because I wouldn't have known about this thing growing in my head that is not from that accident. The Doc says I need to have it surgically removed because it's slowly growing and I shouldn't wait too long because it's possibly cracking a very thin layer of bone below my brain. I don't like asking for help, I'm usually the helper. I work hard, I pay my bills. But this is more than I will be able to handle on my own. I make too much money for state assistance but not enough to afford to pay for health insurance. So I pay everything out of pocket and that has been a struggle but I've managed so far. But...to have the surgery, I have to prepay since I don't have health coverage. This is where I humble myself and ask for help for the first time in my life. I promise to pay it forward. I don't know what else to say other than I appreciate any help I'm able to get.
