SAFU Aid Convoy Needs Your Help

hi I’m Sue Tyler-Moore and Organise collections with other volunteers of Aid in Somerset and beyond. With the help of James Baird who gets the vehicles this aid goes directly into the Ukraine. All the money raised will be passed to James to help cover all aspects of transport costs. Either to use for vehicle expenses or funds for fuel.

Today, SAFU is overwhelmed—in the best way. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve received a surge of donated medical aid, burn dressings, and essential supplies for Ukraine. The response has been humbling.

But now we face a new challenge: transport costs. Delivering this aid to hospitals, frontline medics and responders in Ukraine requires urgent funding for fuel, logistics, and border coordination.

What we need:

We’re calling on our SAFU community to help us cover transport expenses. Every pound, euro, or dollar goes directly to moving life-saving aid where it’s most needed

Let’s finish what we started. The aid is packed. The need is real. With your help, we’ll get it there.

With gratitude and resolve,

SAFU Coordination Team
