Our Apartment is Destroyed

On March 3rd, gods drunkest driver crashed into our apartment. It was easily one of the scariest moments of my life, and it’s by pure dumb luck that one of us happened to be out later than usual. If he wasn’t, he would have died. There are 4 of us who live in the apartment, and 3 of us were upstairs along with my cat and dog when it happened. Thankfully no one was harmed other than getting cut by all the glass. The sound of a car impacting my house is something we will never forget. Obviously we can’t stay in the apartment anymore, and I don’t know when we can get back in. It might be months. I don’t know where we are gonna stay in the meantime. Lots of our furniture and electronics were destroyed, hundreds of dollars worth of collectibles were crushed, and my fish will probably die as there’s no electricity. I am trying to raise funds to at least help us get through whatever has to come next in these next few weeks, replacing some of the things we lost, and possible court fees in the future. I’m very thankful for everyone who helped us that night, and for the people who will continue to help us. Whatever is given here will help us 4 roommates: Dani, Jake, Ryan, and Eddie. I’m glad we are all ok
