Almost home sweet home, I just need a little help

Hello kindly to all of those who read this. This is quite a humbling experience, yet very necessary at this time.
December 28th 2022 changed my life due to Covid-18 (or whatever else anybody wants to call it).
I went from a normal, ordinary day spent with my son, and to the E.R. within 24 hours.
My neighbor found me unconscious on my living room floor while trying to get a hold of me. Paramedics and fire department was called and I awoke, but was very disoriented, confused, and delirious. I was rushed to the hospital due to all my vital signs being "very" concerning.
Doctors needed to do as much as they could, as fast as they could, yet I was not responding to any emergency treatments.
The following day I had been diagnosed with:
*Coved19
*Pneumonia
*Blood infections
*Sepsis
*Collapsed lung
*MRSA
My son was called by the lead doctor, and told that he had twenty minutes to reply with a DNR (do not resuscitate) decision.
I was put on life support Dec 30, 2022, and to the surprise of many staff members on my team, i awoke three weeks later on Jan 19th, 2023.
Doctors said I "might have a 10% chance of survival.
I obviously had not anticipated this road block, especially after the Holliday season.
I am not feeling proud asking anyone for help, but I sure do feel very grateful to be here.
I am on limited funds, self employed, trying to survive Pancreatic cancer that runs in my family, and
am unable to pay my rent for January, and now February which is $1200.00 per month.
I am now in a nursing facility until Feb 11th so that all my medications and I.V medications are taken properly.
I have no place to stay or go, I won't even have money for food and other bills.
I thank you kindly for your kindness and empathy, and kind regards to everyone. I really need this.
