Some help and love for Alton

Hi family, friends, and kind strangers. This is Alton. He is an incredible dad. He has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He is a protector. He is tenderhearted. He is a tough SOB. He is also in need of some help, but he'd never ask. So I have organized this fundraiser for him. A few months ago, Alton was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer with metastasis to his ribs, spine, and hip bones. While this diagnosis was a hard pill to swallow, Alton is unwavering and determined to beat this. With a supporting cast around him, prayer, and love, we are confident that he will do just that. Those that know Alton, know what a hard worker he has been his entire life, how strong he is and what he has endured. Those of you who have not had the pleasure to meet him might know me or one of his other three kids (Elaine, Gabrielle, or Mia (Spencer). We are doing everything we can to love and support him through this, but your generous support, NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL, is tremendously appreciated. Alton has a tough road ahead. He knows that, but he will battle, scratch, and claw. He will be entering into a clinical trial at the Sloan Kettering Institute. This will require that he travel to Manhattan from his home in Northeastern Pennsylvania several times over the coming months.
