Help rescue unwanted senior dogs

I adopted Solo several months ago and my life hasn't been the same since. In the best possible way. Helping a senior dog learn to trust and love, and helping him not feel pain anymore is the best thing I have ever done with my life, and it has given me new purpose. I now know that my life's purpose is to help as many dogs as possible have a wonderful end to life, and a peaceful cross over the rainbow bridge. 
I would like to start helping more dogs in need of hospice care, but to do that I will need funds for their medical bills and general pup supplies so that they can get the best care I can possibly give them until the end of their days. I know many people can't fit dogs into their lifestyle (especially sick ones!), as much as they would love to, but I would love to do so on behalf of all the people with great big hearts who want to help and just can't.
