Some &%$#*!@ jerk stole our friend Solo’s laptop computer, college text books, scientific calculator, backpack, and a full semester’s worth of notes and study materials. And the theft occurred in my hometown. GRRRRR! This happened right before Solo’s final exams at College of the Redwoods, which made the exams especially difficult. The police came up with nothing, so now we turn to GoFundMe.

Despite the academic setback, Solo did well enough to be accepted at U.C. Santa Barbara! That’s an awesome achievement, but not a cheap place to go to school...

So we are running this campaign to get him a new computer and calculator (and to show that there are more generous people in this county, and elsewhere, than there are thieves).
