Solo’s Medical Fund

About a month ago, Solo suddenly went from a happy and active senior dog to a dog who refuses movement and yelps in pain when touched. After about a week he also started losing mobility in his rear.

I’ve been on a mission for answers and a diagnosis to help alleviate his pain and discomfort. He has had x-rays, ultrasounds, bloodwork and several vet consults with no firm diagnosis. We’ve tried courses of steroids, other meds, acupuncture and gentle massage and he is not making big improvements. I’ve exhausted all options I can currently afford and have been advised that an MRI and potential surgery are the next steps.

I’m fundraising for his MRI and follow up to take the next steps to try to make his last few years pain free. Between the two of us, I’ve accumulated thousands in medical bills which has left me unable to afford this next step for him. I will be using the funds donated to cover his medical expenses with the MRI and with the specialist consults before and after.
