To sum it up… “When the studio closes, the community remains. We are so blessed to have such an awesome community that continues to show up to see, support and sweat with us every day…”
There have been a lot of changes to online offerings over the past month and unfortunately, many studios have had to resort to charging for classes in order to survive. We adore our community, and the Solis team is committed to working our hearts out for you in continuing to offer FREE live classes as these are difficult times for everyone. Anyone can access Solis classes from our Instagram when they are live or from the videos tab at www.solismovement.ca
