For over eight years, this individual has lived in Germany as a refugee and political activist. In 2018, he helped organize protests against the inhumane treatment of refugees. Since then, he has faced continuous pressure, surveillance, and repeated attempts at prosecution by authorities because of his political activities.Despite having a child with German citizenship, he has been repeatedly denied the right to remain in Germany. For years, he has lived in constant fear of deportation, unable to work freely or live a normal life, and at times forced into hiding. Returning to Nigeria is not safe for him and would place his life at serious risk.He has exhausted all legal options in Germany, including attempts to regularize his status through marriage and by seeking asylum in other European countries. Each effort was blocked, and he was forcibly returned to Germany, making protection elsewhere impossible.After years of psychological stress and institutional rejection, he has finally identified a lawful pathway to stability by applying for a Spanish residence permit. However, this process involves significant legal and administrative costs. He urgently needs €12,000 to cover legal fees,documentation, and related expenses.
