Dear family and friends,
Our mother, Diellia Touré, recently suffered a stroke (CVA) in Brampton, Ontario (Canada). This is a heartbreaking ordeal for her and for our entire family. She is strong, but the road to recovery will be long, and we need your help to support her as best as we can.
First and foremost, we would like to warmly thank you for all your thoughts, prayers, support, and the initial contributions that touch our hearts deeply. You are our greatest strength!
For those who wish to support us, here are three concrete ways you can help:
1. Financial Contribution (Medical and Hospital Fees): The costs associated with emergency hospital care, treatments, and rehabilitation are accumulating rapidly. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward paying these bills.
Why our initial goal is set at $100,000 CAD: In the absence of provincial medical coverage for our mother, hospital costs in Ontario are colossal and increase every single day:
- Intensive Care (Mississauga): $6,000 / day (she was admitted on May 14, 2026).
- Other Ward (Mississauga): $4,000 / day for the current transition period.
- Specialized Stroke Unit (Brampton): Our mother will then be transferred there for stabilization and rehabilitation. Although the exact duration and final rates are still unknown, this type of specialized care costs thousands of dollars per day.
Faced with this extremely severe situation, we are setting this initial goal of $100,000 CAD. This amount will be used exclusively to settle the bills from these different hospitals to ensure she continues to receive the vital care she needs. We will transparently adjust this goal as the hospitals provide us with official invoices.
2. Sharing Resources (Immigration): Our mother is currently in the middle of her immigration process in Canada. If you know an immigration lawyer, a community organization, or experts who can advise us to ease and accelerate her process in Canada, your connection would be extremely valuable to us.
3. Home Care References in Brampton: Upon her release, she will need daily assistance. If you know trusted professionals (personal support workers, home care nurses) available in the Brampton area, please share their contact information with us.
We will continue to provide updates on her health condition and maintain full transparency regarding the use of the funds raised.

Notre maman, Diellia Touré, a récemment subi un accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC) à Brampton, en Ontario (Canada). C’est une épreuve bouleversante pour elle et pour toute notre famille. Elle est forte, mais le chemin vers la récupération sera long, et nous avons besoin de votre aide pour l'accompagner au mieux.
Nous tenons avant tout à vous remercier chaleureusement pour toutes vos pensées, vos prières, votre soutien et les premières contributions qui nous touchent droit au cœur. Vous êtes notre plus grande force !
Pour ceux qui souhaitent nous épauler, voici trois façons concrètes de nous aider :
1. Contribution financière (Frais médicaux et hospitaliers) : Les coûts liés aux soins hospitaliers d'urgence, aux traitements et à la réadaptation s'accumulent rapidement. Chaque don, peu importe le montant, servira directement à payer ces factures.
- Pourquoi notre objectif initial est de 100 000 $ CAD : En l'absence de couverture médicale provinciale pour notre maman, les coûts hospitaliers en Ontario sont colossaux et s'accumulent chaque jour :
- Soins intensifs (Mississauga) : 6 000 $ / jour (elle est admise depuis le 14 mai 2026).
- Autre service (Mississauga) : 4 000 $ / jour pour la période de transition.
- Unité spécialisée AVC (Brampton) : Notre maman y sera ensuite transférée pour sa stabilisation et sa réadaptation. Bien que la durée exacte et les tarifs finaux soient encore inconnus, ce type de service spécialisé représente plusieurs milliers de dollars par jour.
Face à cette situation d'une gravité extrême, nous fixons ce premier objectif de 100 000 $ CAD. Ce montant servira exclusivement à régler les factures de ces différents hôpitaux pour lui permettre de continuer à recevoir les soins vitaux dont elle a besoin. Nous ajusterons cet objectif de manière transparente au fur et à mesure que les hôpitaux nous remettront les factures officielles.
2. Partage de ressources (Immigration) : Notre maman est actuellement en pleine démarche d’immigration au Canada. Si vous connaissez un avocat spécialisé en immigration, un organisme communautaire ou des experts capables de nous conseiller pour faciliter et accélérer son processus au Canada, votre mise en relation nous sera extrêmement précieuse.
3. Référence pour de l'aide à domicile à Brampton : Dès sa sortie, elle aura besoin d'un soutien quotidien. Si vous connaissez des professionnels de confiance (préposés aux bénéficiaires, infirmiers à domicile) disponibles dans la région de Brampton, merci de nous partager leurs coordonnées.
Nous continuerons à donner des nouvelles de son état de santé et à faire preuve de transparence concernant l’utilisation des fonds recueillis.
