Suite au terrible incendie survenu à Crans-Montana, notre famille traverse une épreuve très difficile

Pour des raisons évidentes de protection du mineur et afin d’éviter toute exposition médiatique inutile — notamment face à l’intérêt de certains journalistes — l’identité du jeune blessé ne sera pas rendue publique. Ce choix vise avant tout à préserver sa dignité, sa sécurité et celle de sa famille dans une période déjà particulièrement éprouvante.

Nous pouvons toutefois partager quelques éléments pour mieux comprendre qui il est et pourquoi cette cagnotte est importante.

Il s’agit d’un gymnasien, un jeune en pleine construction, investi dans sa scolarité et dans ses projets d’avenir. Il a un frère, avec lequel il entretient un lien très fort. Leur relation est marquée par une grande complicité et un soutien mutuel, aujourd’hui plus essentiel que jamais.

Il est également très proche de ses grands-parents dont Marc cité dans les contacts, qui occupent une place centrale dans sa vie. Ce lien intergénérationnel fort explique en grande partie la démarche actuelle et l’élan de solidarité qui l’entoure. Ses grands-parents vivent dans la région lausannoise, où ils sont bien connus et très engagés dans la vie de leur commune, tant sur le plan social qu’associatif. Leur implication et leur discrétion ont toujours été guidées par des valeurs de solidarité, d’entraide et de respect.

Enfin, comme beaucoup de jeunes de son âge, c’est un passionné de football. Ce sport représente pour lui bien plus qu’un loisir : un espace de liberté, de partage et de motivation, aujourd’hui brutalement interrompu par les circonstances.

Following the devastating fire in Crans-Montana, our family is going through a very difficult time.

For clear reasons related to the protection of a minor and to avoid any unnecessary media exposure — particularly in light of interest from certain journalists — the identity of the injured young person will not be made public. This decision is first and foremost intended to preserve his dignity, safety, and that of his family during an already extremely difficult time.

That said, we would like to share a few elements to help better understand who he is and why this fundraising effort matters.

He is a high school student, a young person still in the process of building his future, fully engaged in his education and his personal goals. He has a brother with whom he shares a very strong bond. Their relationship is defined by deep closeness and mutual support, which is more essential now than ever.

He is also very close to his grandparents, who play a central role in his life. This strong intergenerational bond largely explains the initiative behind this fundraiser and the wave of solidarity surrounding it. His grandparents live in the Lausanne region, where they are well known and actively involved in community life, both socially and through local associations. Their long-standing commitment, combined with their discretion, has always been guided by values of solidarity, mutual support, and respect.

Finally, like many young people his age, he is passionate about football. For him, the sport represents far more than a hobby: it is a source of freedom, connection, and motivation — one that has been abruptly interrupted by the current circumstances.
