Soldier’s Story- Help To Get Him To The UK!

I’m Ade and I would like to tell you about Soldier.
Soldier was found by Kabul Small Animal Rescue who actively rescue dogs in Kabul.
In August, Kabul Small Animal Rescue tried getting all their animals out of Kabul to sanctuary. Unfortunately due to a mixture of planes not arriving and paperwork unable to be completed this did not happen and the US Military tragically released the animals into the airport. The founder of KSAR was made to leave the airport without the animals apart from one small puppy. In due course, Charlotte , the founder of KSAR, was able -with the Taliban governments permission- to collect the dogs from the airport. Some had tragically died. But Charlotte did not give up and since August fought to get those animals out of Kabul and into safety. In February, it finally happened and the animals were taken to Vancouver to loving safe homes. The operation was called Mission Possible.
Solider, was found at Kabul airport. He was found by a Russian reporter who contacted KSAR and they managed to rescue him and he is now safely with a rescue in Vancouver. I completely fell in love with this dog. He looked so sweet and innocent and I just think he is the most adorable dog I have ever seen! Since August I have followed his story and hoped he would find a loving home. Well, hopefully this will be in the UK and hopefully will be OUR loving home. Yes-we are in the process of adopting Solider! There’s lots to work out- vaccinations, documentation etc but we will get there and hopefully he will be with us soon.
This is where I need you help. Moving an animal to the UK can be costly and Soldier and I would like your support in making this happen! There are lots of things to accommodate for- cost of a flight, blood tests, vaccinations, customs fees, custom agents to support in the UK and relocation fees. The list goes on….
Soldier and I would greatly appreciate your help. I know many of you have followed Soldier’s journey and have so much love for him. Every penny raised will go towards getting him to the UK and his forever home! Any funds left over will be donated to Kabul Small Animal Rescue.
