Ian Malone was a police cadet of mine at IUP, California University of PA graduating last year. He is also in the Army National Guard. 

He was recently hired by our agency , this morning he returned home after his drug testing to find his apartment in Robinson had been destroyed by fire. 

Ian is a new father and lives with his daughter Gianna and his girlfriend Nicole.

Not only did they lose clothing , household possessions , he lost all of his newly purchased police equipment , duty gear, firearm , vest , and uniforms .

Ian will need to relocate as well since his home is uninhabitable
