Soldier and VA Worker Struggling with PTSD in Need

Donation protected
On June 11th we almost lost another veteran to the "22".  Struggling with PTSD, Brandon Hudson crashed his Jeep rolling it and ejecting him in the process. Brandon suffered 18 broken bones including his foot, pelvis, several broken ribs in multiple places, and back to include a C1 fracture. 5 Vertebrae had to be fused.

Brandon is currently in the VA Hospital in Des Moines, IA awaiting transport back to the Iowa City VA with a discharge date of August 7th. Upon his release he has been instructed not to return to work for a minimum of two months and an additional 4-6 months of Physical and Occupational Therapy.

Unfortunately, Brandon was still in the probationary period at the Iowa City VA so insurance was not available to him at the time of the crash. He has had to take out a loan from the bank to cover his medical bills, rent & truck payment while he has been in the hospital.

We are trying to raise money to help ease the burden of the mounting bills while Brandon is out of work. Not only everything mentioned above but also including Child Support, groceries, general living expenses and transportation to his appointments at the VA.

Please help me show Brandon that there are still people willing to help him in his struggles with PTSD and that life truly is worth living for! Thank you!
