Hi, my name is Bonnie Len, and I have created this page, with permission, to help support our dear friend and talented mosaic artist, Solange Piffer. In the past year, Solange has had chemotherapy, radiation and a partial mastectomy, but is still in need of treatment. Most of her recent tests have come back negative, but unfortunately, not all.

Solange is very limited in her ability to work due to pain and recovery, and she will soon begin radiation again. She will also have a PET scan next week to determine if there has been any additional spread. Her insurance does not cover the cost of the PET scan nor many other medical interventions.

Alex, along with their children, are all working to help care for her during her treatment and recovery. Because their mosaics are a family business, neither Alex nor Solange have been able to work. As you can imagine, this puts a strain on their finances.
