Honoring the Life of Solange Mwiza Rwagasore

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Solange Mwiza Rwagasore. Solange was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of so many with her kindness, strength, and unwavering love. Born and raised in Kenya, she was the youngest in her family and was deeply loved by her parents. She courageously moved to Canada to build a new life, always carrying her roots and culture with her. Solange was full of life, someone who brought a party to her environment and made every moment memorable.

Solange leaves behind her cherished son, Sean Manzi Rwagasore, as well as her devoted siblings, Uwera Ann Rwagasore and Charles Muvunyi. She was also a beloved aunt to her nieces Nathalie Surman and Nekita Surman, and her nephews Tony Lee Muvunyi, Kenzo Kelly Muvunyi, Jordan Muvunyi, and Marvin Muvunyi. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. During this incredibly difficult time, we want to come together as a community to support her family and ensure that she is laid to rest with the dignity and love she deserves.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses, including the service, cremation, and associated costs. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference and help ease the financial burden on Solange’s grieving family.
